The hotel is very close to hisaronu. We visited the hotel during our tour and stayed there for 2 nights. Kind of okayish hotel, depends on what you are looking for. I wouldnt personally choose, but had to go as it was included in tour's package. Cons overweighs the pros Pros: *Cheap *Close to hisaronu by taxi *Clean (not very though) *Nice garden & pool Cons: *Rooms need proper refurbishment. Toilet was broken, whereever we were touching was almost falling apart *not tasty food and not fresh ingredients *you can hear everyone next door, very noisy *you have to pay for drinks during dinner (can be part of the tour agreement/general hotel policy, so check) *very limited toiletries, almost nothing

A nice hotel resort, with beautiful garden themed balconies. The breakfast and dinner services were great with a wholesome variety, the only downside is that you have to pay for tea/coffee for lunch and dinner. And there are no free table waters available, you have to pay for water for all food service times, which is ridiculous! At least tap water should be offered for free with food. The hotel would’ve received the 5 stars if the rooms had been renovated. The rooms are really outdated, everything is falling apart, the shower head is half broken, the shower sliding door opens and has shatters. Finally I’d like to add, the warm and friendly waiters at food service time, they were very friendly and courteous! Overall an amazing atmosphere from all staff!

It’s a disgusting sound all over the nearby houses and appartments. The volume is SO HIGH!!!!! It’s impossible to speak inside the appts! And of course they start at 8-9, when you need to keep calm your children. HATE YOU GUYS!

I am surprised to see less than at least 4 star reviews as the place was more than satisfactory. What we look in a hotel was there. 1. Clean rooms with smoothly working utilities like tv, small fridge, hot water, air conditioner etc.. (no kettles) 2. Daily cleaning service was being provided 3. A huge and delicious variety of food being served at breakfast and specially dinner along with fruits and desserts at dinner. 4. Friendly staff 5. The owner is also very friendly and chatted with us and was supervising that everyone was satisfied 6. A clean pool qlong with ping pong table and billiard Turkish bath was closed since covid and hasnt reopened yet. View is more than awesome Overall: satisfied and happy to visit even again

Just back home from a 2 week stay at Destina Hotel, our second home. Absolutely love this hotel, have been going there twice a year for several years. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff are always there to make sure your holiday that little bit special. Kermit is the life and soul of the hotel, nothing is to much trouble for him. Any problems he his always there to sort them out for you. Food is highly recommended, Chef is always on hand if you need any special requirements. Can Highly Recommend this Hotel, one big happy family, with people returning year after year. Made so many friends there.

Don't know where to start... Dirty all over the place apart from the room which was tiny put a double bed and a single bed in such a small room could barely move. The bar was a joke, couldn't make cocktails, very limited alcohol. Pool was nice but the sitting area was filthy, tables were never cleaned. Dining room also filthy and the food was terrible apart from the soup, full of wasps. I was there for a week all inclusive in Oct, picked the hotel cause it had great reviews I certainly won't be back... Disgusting

Stayed here with family in 2016 and wouldn't go back tbh. Rooms stank of damp, mouldy patches in room. Relatives air con didn't work for the 2 week stay. Also we all came down diarrhoea but and stomach cramps. Food was average. Waiters and bar staff were nice and pleasant. Entertainment was pretty dire every night. Karaoke or a quiz , real riveting stuff. Plus at the end of the night , it was basically turned into a Turkish fest with all their music being played. People ( Turkish) standing outside late at night smoking like mad and chatting really loud. That mixed with other English people slamming their doors all hours of the night made it awful. I'm English but like a peaceful holiday. You won't get one here unfortunately. That's Thomas Cook for you.

Myself, my wife and my daughter had a great two weeks at the Destina Hotel. The staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make us more welcomed. The entertainment team, Boruk, Ramsey and Latif do a great job, without these it would have been a lot quieter and not as enjoyable. The restaurant team headed by Kermit are just as good, they work long hours but again couldn’t do enough for us, all of the staff made such a fuss of our 4 year old daughter which made us feel really at ease. Our daughter had her 4th Birthday whilst we where there and the chief made an amazing cake for her, the entertainment team brought it out at the end of the mini disco for her and made such a fuss of her. The hotel rooms are basic but are kept clean, if anything they could do with being refurnished. Great location and really good value for money, would defiantly stay here again. If you do go here, be sure to join in the daily activities, killer darts, killer Pool, water volleyball etc. And do your best to beat the entertainment team as they love the competitiveness!
